Cultivating Spiritual Resilience, (October 11th-15th, 2024)
A residential Mindfulness retreat at the Trappist Abbey
With Dharma Teacher John Wadsworth, True Land of Fortunes
On this retreat we’ll enter deeply into the intimacy of Noble Silence and strengthen our capacity to stay grounded and resilient in our True Nature-our heart of understanding, wisdom and love. Our daily schedule will include teachings and practices to enhance our embodied mindfulness, concentration and insight. We’ll also have ample spaciousness for nourishment in nature, rest and healing.
Registration Information:
The retreat starts Friday afternoon, October 11th and ends Tuesday morning, October 15th. Cost for the retreat is $390, (excluding Dana), and some scholarship funds are available. Space is limited.
