You are invited to join Portland area sanghas for a morning of mindfulness and presentation by Dharma Teacher, Joann Rosen. Joann will share insights and practices from the work of the EMBRACE Sangha and her own deepening understanding of what can open up for us when we view our practice through a neuroscientific and trauma sensitive lens.

Jo-ann Rosen, True River of Understanding, Chân Tuê Hà (pronouns she/her), is a Dharma Teacher, having received the Lamp in 2012, practices with the EMBRACE, and Victoria Sanghas, and is a licensed marriage and family therapist. She teaches and lectures internationally, focusing on inner stability and community resiliency. Author of UNSHAKEABLE to be released this fall, a neuroscience-informed and trauma-sensitive approach to individual practice and collective awakening. Jo-ann draws strongly on her Jewish roots and her experience of LGBTQ life in rural Northern California. She tends land in the oak woodlands with her partner of 40 years.
