Peace in Every Step, Freedom in Every Smile (Eugene)

You are invited to enjoy a Day of Mindfulness in Eugene in connection with the “Peace in Every Step, Freedom in Every Smile” events happening in Portland and Ashland.
We will meet at the outdoor covered shelter on the north side of Emerald Park. Each person should bring their own picnic lunch with them so we can enjoy a mindful meal together. The weather is likely to be variable so please dress accordingly.
